We hosted our son Chris's 21st birthday at Royal King Palace on May 29th 2011.

We were incredibly pleased with the graciousness of the management and staff.  They exceeded our expectations! The ambience and decor of the hall truly made our party exceptional. Our family and friends of all age groups thoroughly enjoyed their experience at the Royal King Palace and are hoping to use the services themselves.

We are very grateful to Nitin who made everything run smoothly. His personal presence at the hall and professionalism throughout the evening was highly appreciated. Our special request was for the food to be prepared in a Fijian-Indian style. We would like to thank the chef, Dhoom bhaiya and his crew, for doing an outstanding job with this.  We had great feedback from our guests about the food.

Our overall experience was unforgettable and we are happy to be hosting another event at The Royal King Palace this November.

My Daughter's Wedding Reception

This is just a brief note to thank you wholeheatedly for the service and experience your banquet hall provided my family on the occasion of my daughter's wedding reception.

The professionalism and courtesy extended to us throughout the process were unparallelled by any other such facility in our past experiences.

Your thoughts and comments regarding menu selection, decorator selection, and music selection were most appreciated. We also very much appreciated your willingness to be adaptable and your efforts to ensure my daughter's wishes were satisfied.

 Seven weeks after our event, we are still hearing complimentary comments regarding the wonderful food which you served - menu items which are generally not served by other such banquet halls and the quality of the food are the most often complimented.The hall was clean, the washrooms clean, and kept clean. You gave us a ratio of one server for every 3 tables of 8 people whereas many other establishments would provide one server for every 5 tables of 10 people.The servers were also very clean and presentable, in addition to being well trained. Again, compliments are still being received. We have no hesitation whatsoever in stating that we will first think of you when providing recommendations to others and when we next require your services.

Canada India Network Society

Canada India Network Society held its last 2 Gala banquets at Royal King Palace. These banquets a major signature event for our organization, attended by leaders  from academic, health, public  and industry. By all accounts the service provided by the Banquet Hall was superb. All arrangements were made in very professional manner and delivered on time and with great attention to details. Any special requirements  were also handled to our satisfaction. We received very positive feed back about quality of food and as the menu was specially prepared and catered to our special promotion and theme of healthy life style . We are very please with the service and have already booked our next event I 2012.

Special thanks to Mr. Nitin Sharma, Manager at the Palace. He provided strong support and service to the event. In summary exceptionally good service and delicious cuisine.
